Your girlis a work about desire‚ on the inspection of a feeling‚ inspired by the study of Flaubert’s “Madame Bovary”.
The work was created by Alessandro Sciarroni starting from the biographical and biological characteristics of the performers: the extraordinary Chiara Bersani‚ who suffers from osteogenesis imperfecta and Matthew Ramponi‚ appreciated as one of the most sensitive performers on the contemporary scene.

“Simply desiring what the other wants‚ the world has a beauty without borders‚ full of a regenerating and divine grace”

Marinella Guatterini

Created in 2007‚ the show was launched by Interplay/09 onto the contemporary performing scene‚ leading to participation in the Explo'09 Antibodies circuit‚ then that of the Aerorowaves network in 2010. Your girl continues to be successfully performed in the main Italian and European theatre and contemporary dance festivals and has been presented at the Festival Exister in Milan‚ Volterra Theatre‚ the Museo Madre in Naples‚ B-motion of the Veneto Operaestate Festival‚ the Dance House in Oslo‚ The Place in London‚ the Dublin Dance Festival and the Festival Body/Mind in Warsaw‚ earning positive reviews by many critics‚ including Sergio Trombetta‚ Marinella Guatterini and Donald Hutera.
